Jacqueline Crowther Evans is retired public health professional with over 30 years of professional experience supporting emergency response, preparedness and planning in support of local, state and Federal agencies She is a firm believer in God and believe that we have a responsibility to help others less fortunate than ourselves in whatever capacity God enables us. Jacqueline believes in the power of prayer and positive thinking. .She feels the two are inextricably linked. She enjoys helping others and spending time with family and friends.
